Coronavirus Protocol

Protocol for the use of the Corti Climbing Room 01.

In compliance with the Decree n° 2020-663 of 31 May 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to deal with the covid-19 epidemic, we propose below the rules for the use of the Cortigrimpe01 climbing gym from the reopening on 3 June 2020.

These rules may be subject to rapid change and we therefore invite you to consult them regularly.

The main measure put in place is the limitation of the number of simultaneous people in the climbing hall in order to allow distance between climbers.

For the first week, the number of simultaneous climbers will be limited to :

- 30 for the large room: bouldering area and reels,

- 7 people (including accompanying persons) for the children's area,

- the rope area will be closed.

The bouldering area is only accessible
to children over 12 years old.

Respect of the gauge and duration of the sessions.

We do not set up a reservation system which we feel is too restrictive for climbers. We may therefore ask you to wait on the terrace or in the relaxation area until a place becomes available if the capacity of the room has been reached.
We will update the site as often as possible with a gauge to show you the current occupancy rate of the room.
In order to allow everyone to enjoy the room, we recommend that you limit your sessions to 1h30.
It is also advisable that warm-ups and stretching are done on the terrace or in the garden to limit the density in the room.

Barrier gestures for climbing sessions

1. In the bouldering area, only every second sector has been equipped to allow you to easily maintain distances between climbers.
2. Hand washing with hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory at the beginning and end of the session.
3
.
3. powdered chalk is forbidden, only liquid chalk is allowed (we remind you that it is essential to let it dry for 30 seconds before climbing, otherwise it is ineffective and clogs the holds)
4. it is forbidden to walk barefoot in the hall or in the common areas (take flip-flops if you can't keep your slippers on for a whole session).
It is compulsory to wear a T-shirt.
6. It is compulsory to wear a mask when moving around the hall and strongly recommended for climbing.
7. Hydro-alcoholic gel is available for the use of the reels

.

We ask you to clean your hands before using the reel.
8. Water bottles and liquid chalk bottles should be labelled with your name to avoid confusion.
